- Nodes not license limited
- Self-service support
Use case: Evaluation and pre-production
Get startedEvery plan is per organization with unlimited users. What you pay for is control planes, the part that runs each cluster. Machines, sensors, and worker nodes are never license limited and never billed.
We recommend three control planes at each site, plus three that govern the fleet. Tell us how many sites, and we will show the plan and the monthly price.

Talk to usControl planes, not nodes. A control plane is the part of EmberNET that runs a cluster. Three at a site keep it running if one fails, and a control plane can be the machine’s own PC. Worker nodes are never license limited or billed; how many a control plane carries is an engineering question about its hardware and workload, and we will help you size it.
Compute is separate. No plan includes cloud compute. If you run in the cloud, compute is billed on top at the provider’s list price. On your own hardware, there is nothing extra to pay.
Pilot is one per organization, including its divisions, subsidiaries, and sites, and it is for evaluation, development, training, and pre-production. A production plant runs on Starter or above.
Comparing quotes? Our white paper Edge Platform Pricing, Same Outcome prices the same deployment on every edge platform quote, with every input labeled by where it comes from, and shows how to run the check on any quote you hold, ours included.
Starter and Pro are month to month, paid by card. Enterprise is a 1 to 5 year agreement. Talk to sales about volume pricing, or explore the platform first.
Tell us how many sites you run and what you need to keep running, and we'll size it with you.
