OEM agreements cover EmberNET itself: the server software with its modules and applications, EmberRTOS and EmberRTOS Desktop, the EmberNode software images, our APIs, and our documentation, licensed to run inside your product.
Fireball supports your engineers under our support policy, with Standard support included and higher tiers available, while you stay first line for your own customers. OEM agreements are scoped to your product, deployment environment, and market, so the terms fit what you actually ship.
Rights no other partner program carries.
Channel Partners, Certified Integrators, and representatives bring customers to Fireball. An OEM is different: your customer buys your product, and you decide what it costs.
The line is what the customer is buying. When they buy your product with EmberNET underneath, that is yours to sell. When they want EmberNET itself, to run their own workloads on it, they sign with Fireball directly, and you earn a referral fee if you registered them.

OEM agreements are signed at the Enterprise level. There is no OEM entry on the self-serve Pilot, Starter, or Pro tiers. Enterprise is priced by control planes, never per node, and nodes are not license limited, so every machine you ship adds to your business without adding a per-node platform charge.
